Summary:
Large Midwest-based public accounting firm is looking for a Manager in their fast growing Business Valuation practice.

Responsibilities:
Participate in client engagements
Prepare valuation reports
Perform company and industry research
Conduct financial analysis and modeling
Enhance/improve effectiveness of business processes, financial models, and reports Manage and develop junior staff

Qualification/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
5+ years public accounting experience, ideally in business valuation
MBA, CPA, CFA, ASA, CVA designations or working towards a plus Demonstrated ability to manage a client engagement Opportunity to build large network of professional contacts
