Summary:
Growing boutique business valuation firm in need of Business Valuation Manager to take part in a variety of valuation related activities across a number of industries.

Responsibilities:
Lead/participate in client engagements
Prepare valuation reports
Perform company and industry research
Conduct financial analysis and modeling
Manage staff

Experience:
10+ years business valuation experience
Broad experience providing valuations/opinions regarding taxes, transactions, financial reporting and/or litigation
Strong client management skills and experience interacting with clients
Leadership and supervisory experience as well as the ability to lead/work within a team
Ability to develop business
ASA and similar industry designations preferred
MS Word and Excel
