Summary:
Leading owner and operator of long-term U.S. care centers seeks occupational therapy professional to
plan and administer prescribed treatment program for patients/residents.

Individual must be a credentialed graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program and currently
licensed in the state of employment, if required by the state. In addition individual must have initial
NBCOT certification.

Prior experience in occupational therapy, preferred but not necessary.

Role requires being able to lift 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing
up to 25 pounds. Good verbal and communication skills. Role may include some travel when
accompanying a resident to an appointment or home assessment, assistance at other centers or for
attending company-sponsored events.
