Summary:
The successful candidate will manage the daily operations of the accounting/financial reporting for the firm and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the Assistant Controller are to ensure financial information and account reconciliations are prepared within a timely fashion as well as ensuring the accuracy of the information/reports. The candidate will participate in the preparation of financial and regulatory reports as well as play a role in filing and SEC filings.

Requirements:
Certified Public Account designation highly desired
SEC/banking experience preferred
Public accounting experience desired
