Summary/Responsibilities:
Unique, partner-track opportunity with $1B+ independent, fee-based multi-family office/private wealth management firm; ideal candidate will have a mix of business development and client portfolio management skills to grow their west coast office.
Oversee/manage sales and growth initiatives for west coast office – identify/cultivate/track new client opportunities.
Provide leadership to the west coast office – mentor co-workers on business development activities; coordinate activities of the staff; provide insights/recommendations regarding staffing; organizational efficiency; production; expense management; competitive positioning.
Sell/market/bring new clients to the firm – target annual revenues from new clients are $300K.
For assigned clients, serve as client lead – develop/execute programs designed to achieve the investment objectives of clients.
Mentor/manage support team on relationship/portfolio management roles to ensure team performance (teamwork/accuracy/timeliness/efficiency) – provide objective judgment on individual progress/potential.
Contribute investment insight to the Investment Committee and team members.

Requirements:
5+ years related experience required
Ideal candidate will bring three year track record of: annual asset raising of $200-400M; average client portfolio size of $10-20M
Prior portfolio management (asset allocation, investment selection) experience strongly preferred
CFA preferred but not required
